100 Talibés bekommen an zwei Tagen in der Woche nährstoffreiches Essen . Dies trägt zu einer besseren Gesundheit bei und hält sie vom Betteln auf der Straße fern.

Alphabetisierungskurse:
Die Talibés besuchen in der Regel die Schule nicht und sind folglich
Analphabeten. Sie möchten aber lesen, schreiben und rechnen lernen, was ihnen in der Daara und später auch außerhalb der Daara helfen kann. Die Alphabetisierung wird in der Amtssprache Französisch durchgeführt.

Sportliche Aktivitäten und Spiele:
Regelmäßig finden sportliche Wettbewerbe statt. Sport, Spiele, Basteln und andere gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind bei den Talibés sehr beliebt und tragen zu ihrer psychomotorischen Entwicklung bei.

Hygiene und Kleidung:
Die Talibés brauchen Kleidung und Hygieneaufklärung, die zu einer besseren Gesundheit beitragen. Es soll ihnen die Möglichkeit geboten werden, sich zu duschen und ihre Kleider zu waschen. Zudem werden ihnen auch die nötigen Grundlagen über Hygiene und Sauberkeit beigebracht.

Musiktherapie: Durch gemeinsames Singen und Erlernen von Instrumenten (Flöte, Gitarre und Schlagzeug) bewältigen die Talibés ihren oft tristen Alltag besser. Am Ende des Jahres führen die Kinder Chöre andere musikalische Darbietungen vor.
